Random Geeky Stuff

In order to distract myself I have been finding all kinds of intersting links to play with.
Check out rapping to nintendo which is quite well done and most entertaining.
Also look at this wicked clock, which tells the time in a most unusual way.
All keeps me away from work!

11 days left, and now almost 2000 words down! If you could graph that progress I bet it sill wouldnt be fast enough, but at least there is some progress. Not that I have done much else. I still need to produce those pictures of the kitchen, but I also need to do loads more writing. I am hoping that on Thursday I can get my head down and break the 20K barier (inserting lots of good references along the way). We will see

Ok.
It’s time for a last push on the MSc front. With 12 days left there are still 17,100 words to write on the old MSc dissertation. This could account for why it has been a little quiet on the blog font for a while. However, I am going to try and upload all the kitchen pics, plus new ones to the gallery (honest) so that you can see all the latest progress.
There is only the drive and some pebble-dashing left to do, which is good. There is no money left, which is bad

It’s Emma’s Birthday tomorrow and we are going to Go-Ape which should be heaps of fun. I will hopefully post some pictures and also pics of the kitchen tomorrow.

Ok. I have taken the plunge and moved my entire blog to a new server (hence the rather ugly looking address in your browser) I have also converted all the archived posts from the old system and hopefully everything should work ok.
Now I support RSS and atom newsfeeds and loads of other stuff.
Sure, it looks poor at the moment, but soon……..
